Follow these approaches to resolve the QuickBooks 80029c4a error.
Approach 1
If antivirus is at the root of the problem:
- Check its log of quarantined files and remove from quarantine if possible.
- Add QuickBooks files to the exceptions in the antivirus or firewall program.

Register QuickBooks services:
- Navigate to the folder that has the reboot.bat file (you can use explorer search option) or simply right click on QuickBooks desktop icon and then click on properties and open file location.
